How much do you charge for a call out ?
8am-5pm Monday to Saturday I charge £65 for a call out which covers the first hour of labour, £35 per hour thereafter. For out of hours and Sunday prices please call
What areas do you cover?
I am are based in Stowmarket and generally work within a 30 mile radius, which also cover parts of Norfolk and Essex.
Are your electricians fully qualified?
Yes, I am City & Guilds qualified with 17th Edition, Part P and Testing and Inspection and am a member of the NICEIC.

How long does it usually take to find a fault?
The majority of faults can be found and rectified within an hour, which means you will probably only have to pay our call out fee.
Do you have a price list?
No, for simple things like changing a socket or a light we can usually give you a price over the phone, but for the majority of jobs we will come to site and evaluate the job then send you a fixed price quotation for the works you require.
How do I book a job?
By phone, text or email and if it's a simple job we can give you a quote there and then but for bigger jobs we can arrange an on-site visit.
What payment method do you accept?
I accept all major debit and credit cards on site using our mobile chip & pin card reader.
Are you insured?
Yes, I am covered by £2,000,000 Public Liability Insurance.
